- You must not misuse the site, disrupt it or try to access it without authorization.
About our products
We try to present every product accurately, but actual colors, packaging and minor details may differ slightly. All brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and do not indicate endorsement of Next Ecom Shop.
Supplements, patches and personal care items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read all labels and consult a healthcare professional before use.
Pricing and sales tax
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you completely.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by emailing a confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders because of availability, payment issues or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment received.
Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $69 or more; a flat fee applies below that amount and is displayed before payment. Delivery times are estimates, and risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered.
Software and eGift cards
Digital products are delivered by email. Codes are non-refundable once delivered unless they are defective or a refund is required by law, and they are subject to the issuing company's terms.
Intellectual property
The Next Ecom Shop name, logo, website design and original content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used for commercial purposes without our permission.
Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties relating to the site. Manufacturers' product warranties are unaffected.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
